Leadership


Raju Dantuluri, PhD., President and CEO

Raju is a co-founder of NextSphere. Prior to co-founding NextSphere, he was a co-founder, board member, and Vice President of Technical Services at Tandel Systems where he managed product development, outsourcing, partner channels, vendor relations and human resources. Prior to that, Raju was Vice President of Technical Services at IMRglobal (now CGI NYSE: GIB), a company that rapidly grew to employ more than 3,000 consultants worldwide. While at IMRglobal, he led the formation of the company's Indian operations. His involvement included establishing remote delivery centers from the ground up and delivering technology products and solutions on a fixed-time, fixed-price basis using an onsite-offshore model. Additionally, Raju managed IMRglobal's largest commercial accounts, including Sears, Morgan Stanley and other global and Fortune 1000 client accounts.

Raju holds a Doctorate in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC.

Jeff Slowgrove, Vice President of Finance

Jeff is a co-founder of NextSphere. Prior to co-founding NextSphere, he was a board member and vice president of Finance at Tandel Systems where he managed their Corporate Accounting and Financial operations. Prior to that, Jeff was a co-founder and Treasurer at IMRglobal (now CGI NYSE: GIB). Jeff brings a broad collection of experiences and insight to NextSphere.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Krishna Varma Alluri, Director of Global Delivery and India Operations

As Director of Global Delivery and India Operations, Krishna is responsible for managing our Global Delivery and India Operations. He has extensive experience in Information Technology Products and services including Managing Product Development Teams, Leading Business Process and Solutions Architecture teams, building and managing Software Application Development, Testing and DevOps teams in multiple locations.

Prior to NextSphere, Krishna was with AdvancedMD heading their Product Development Teams for healthcare division responsible for innovation on products targeting the Independent physicians in the United States; prior to that he was with AppLabs (a CSC Company) Managing Multiple Global Technical Teams for some of their key customers. He has received several Certificates of Excellence Awards and presented White Papers and Technical Articles at AppLabs.

Krishna is passionate about innovation and product development in emerging technologies and he still likes to code every day.

Krishna Varma has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering Degree from Madras University.
